A Bad Moms Christmas

Comedy Under-appreciated and overburdened moms Amy, Kiki and Carla rebel against the challenges and expectations of the Super Bowl for Moms: Christmas. As if creating the perfect holiday for their families isn't hard enough, they'll have to do it while hosting and entertaining their own respective mothers when they come to visit.
Media Author Review
United States
The New York Times
"This pitiful follow-up to last year’s 'Bad Moms' is even less able to distinguish between crass and comedic."
United States
The Hollywood Reporter
"There are line readings that pop and jokes that land (...) But 'A Bad Moms Christmas' is louder, busier and more pandering than the original — an exhausting spectacle"
United States
Variety
"The new film, while just okay enough to get by, takes a step back from the audacity of 'Bad Moms' to something more cautiously conventional."
United States
USA Today
"The movie meanders when they're not all together. Hahn, however, singlehandedly keeps the second 'Bad Moms' — as she also did for the first — entertaining with her crass, over-the-top Carla. (...) Rating: ★★ (out of 4)"
United States
Chicago Tribune
"A movie can be unreasonably formulaic and still be reasonably diverting, and 'A Bad Moms Christmas' is the proof. (...) Rating: ★★½ (out of 4)"
United States
The Washington Post
"A good idea and a stellar cast lost inside a sloppy script that mostly retreads last year’s laughs."
United States
SFGATE
"'A Bad Moms Christmas' is predictable and ridiculous and lame, but here we are, cracking up at the moms twerking with a department store Santa Claus again."
United States
Los Angeles Times
"What's offensive about 'A Bad Moms Christmas' (and 'Bad Moms') is just how shoddily made it is."
United States
Seattle Times
"A deeply uninspired sequel to last year’s surprise (...) hit 'Bad Moms', this movie was made in a hurry and it shows."
