Synopsis

TV series (1994-1995). A sidesplitting parody of talk shows in which Steve Coogan's character of Alan Partridge got his first TV show. Alan Partridge is the hilariously unprofessional host of the cheesiest talk show imaginable. Self-absorbed and further handicapped with an ABBA fixation, Alan confronts an endless parade of C-list celebrities week after week with mounting frustration and antagonism, whilst trying to secure a second season.
