- A baby girl is left at the doorsteps of a ranch just before her father jumps to his death. Named Yoshiko, she's raised by this ranching family, and forges a deep friendship with her older adoptive brother, Jingo. When Jingo comes back home after spending five years at war, he finds out that Yoshiko has grown into a sweet beautiful young lady.
