- Synopsis
- This is a short documentary on this trans-boundary river called the Sekong in South East Asia. It is one of the major tributaries of the Mekong River which flows through China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. It's a short film which introduces the river and in turn talks about the problems being faced, especially by the people who live near the region and have their livelihood dependent upon it. Due to the march of progression and over utilisation of natural resources, the river is under extreme stress and threat.
