Synopsis
Two events cause a rich, small-town man to lose his grip on his sanity in this explosive horror movie from director Nobuo Nakagawa. First, he causes the death of a poor farmer. Then he kills a snake belonging to the deceased farmer's wife. It's not long before snake-themed hallucinations beset the wealthy man's conscience, and it becomes apparent that a curse has been put on him, leading to a bloody and tortuous struggle as he tries to return to normal life.
