Synopsis
"Another light-hearted parody of family life and at least nominally a sequel to Gosho's 1933 success, The Bride Talks in Her Sleep. This picture, too, was released for the New Year. Here, a young groom and his bride move into his family's crowded home. His nocturnal mutterings set off a round of schemes to silence him. Lead actor Chojiro Hayashi, a highly paid matinee idol and one of Shochiku's prize stars, became even better known when he defected to the newly formed Toho at the end of 1935 and took the name Kazuo Hasegawa."
(David Owens)
This is actually part two of the "Sleeping" series. Gosho's first of these films is called 'The Bride Talks in Her Sleep' / Hanayome No Negoto'.
