- Synopsis
- “Striking and bringing down” are two of the basic concepts of the Swiss farmer’s game of “Hornuss”, a fascinating contest that takes us back to the earliest days of agra-culture in Switzerland. The film focuses on four players, in whose company we set off on a two-year journey that takes us to the playing fields and the hinterland beyond – a journey through a country that is less and less sure of itself. From 52 chance situations emerges a single picture of today's Switzerland.
