Synopsis

After spending most of his life in prison paying for a crime he has no memory of having committed, Diego Carrasco Mercader goes free and adopts a new identity to start a new life and protect himelve from his past. With the help of his psychiatrist Antonia Villarroel and Ezequiel Alvarado, who becomes his benefector and a father figure, gets a second chance under the identity of Martin Mendez. Antonia and Martin (Diego) start a relationship and she teaches him about life and love. Antonia delves into the case trying to find out what really happened 20 years ago. Determined to prove his innocence, Antonia gets involved more than she should and will pay a heavy price for her research. Meanwhile, Martin must discover the past and join tracks and memories of the tragedy that took place 20 years ago to reveal what really happened that day.
