- Mitzi Lavelle, in love with carefree Pat Kelly, a member of the A. E. F. in France, follows him to America as a stewardess on a liner. Arriving in New York, Mitzi is met by Buck Johnson, once a rival for her hand, now a customs official. He promises to extend her leave if she will spend it with him.
