- Synopsis
- A plane carrying weapons explodes above the Gulf of Guinea. An escort girl is murdered in a Parisian parking lot. Several thousand miles separate these two events, and yet.. Nora Chahyd, a detective unafraid of employing tough measures, investigates the murder and upsets the hierarchy. Victor Bornand, the government's unofficial Mr. Africa, tries to suppress the political crisis set off by the explosion. He'd even resort to the armed services of Michel Fernandez, an ex-intelligence services' officer. Nora gets perilously closer to the spheres of power. Murders and betrayals accumulate. All in the name of the reasons of State?
