Media Author Review
United Kingdom
The Guardian
"[2nd Season Review]: It will never live up to 'Sex and the City', but it’s intensely quotable, brilliantly watchable and packed with hilarious high jinks. Isn’t that enough? (...) Rating: ★★★★ (out of 5)"
United States
Vulture
"[2nd Season Review]: Watch one episode and the show seems like it’s collapsing. Watch another and it looks as if it’s about to right itself (...) The instability is both the point and the problem"
United States
Rolling Stone
"[2nd Season Review]: it is an improvement on the first, but still doesn’t feel as vital as OG 'Sex and the City'"
United Kingdom
The Guardian
"[2nd Season Review]: At times it was utterly ridiculous, the characters’ behaviour was inexplicable and no one knows why Aidan needed a five-year (!) break"
United States
Paste Magazine
"[2nd Season Review]: Whereas 'And Just Like That' Season 1 was deliciously imperfect, Season 2 is imperfect and underseasoned"
United States

"[2nd Season Review]: This is not the bold, ground-breaking telly that 'SATC' was, but that doesn't matter. If you enjoyed season 1, you'll lap this up (...) Rating: ★★★ (out of 5)"
United States
The Daily Beast
"[2nd Season Review]: Everything is better in Season 2—even Che Diaz (...) it fixes virtually every problem plaguing the first, giving the Max series some much-needed levity—and the strength to stand on its own"
Canada
The Globe and Mail
"[2nd Season Review]: it shows us how much society has changed"
United Kingdom

United States
Entertainment Weekly
"[1st Season Review]: 'And Just Like That' tries too hard to bring its cultural brand into a new era, but it reclaims a core humanity lacking in the previous franchise extensions."

The Hollywood Reporter
"[1st Season Review]: The flounce and fizziness of the original series are largely absent from this moodier and more self-serious one (...) Parker is as charming as ever"
United States
IndieWire
"[1st Season Review]: For all its heavy-handed flaws and self-indulgent tendencies, the new series shows an earnest devotion to grow along with its audience"
United States
The Wrap
"[1st Season Review]: [It] handles its return with grace and, unlike a lot of reboots, proves it’s worthy of a comeback"
United States
Deadline
"[1st Season Review]: Far too many 2021 cultural touchstones and new characters are awkwardly parachuted into the luscious looking Michael Patrick King executive produced revival of sorts, as if to check a box."
