Mystery. Action Former MP Jay Austin (Mark Harmon) is now a San Francisco cop who hast to investigate a murder that took place on a local military base. There, he clashes with an old nemesis, the presidio's chief provost (Sean Connery), a Colonel whose daughter (Meg Ryan) he's attracted to.
