Comedy. Drama Jacques Blanchot loses everything – his wife, his son, his home and his job. He gradually becomes detached from the world around him. A pet-shop owner takes him in, but as he is unable to make a friend, he makes him his dog instead. But to what extent can someone be dehumanised?
