Synopsis

Shelby, a California surfer dude, meets a strangely beautiful young woman named Pearl, who claims to be a recording artist, but seems to be either homeless or possibly A MERMAID. He has to choose between her and his beautiful but conventional girlfriend. Based on The Little Mermaid, by Hans Christian Anderson.
