- Synopsis
- A three-way love story and a period thriller with a scientific undercurrent. The day her father presents his great invention, a gun with a telephoto lens, to some possible buyers, little Joana suffers an attack that leaves her practically blind. A few years later the young woman is engaged to her father’s assistant; everyone longs for the cure proposed by a doctor to work. What they don’t expect is an obscure plot that’s been set in motion to steal the formula for the famous telephoto lens.
