Synopsis

A sadistic killer harnesses the power of the Internet in gruesome ways in director John Irvin's DOT.KILL. Broadcasting live murders of innocent people over the Internet, the killer faces a formidable foe in detective Charlie Daines (Armand Assante), who remains hot on his heels. But the hard-bitten, distinctly old-school detective work of Daines--not to mention his potentially lethal addiction to morphine--leads him into a trap set by the killer, and the detective has to act fast if he doesn't want to become the next victim to have footage of his death downloaded all over the globe.
