- Stephen Seagal returns as Jonathan Cold, a former CIA agent who goes undercover in a dangerous group of terrorists planning to bomb Los Angeles for revenge. When they kidnap Cold's protegee Amanda (Tamara Davies), however, his cover threatens to be blown, and it's a race against time before the city is likewise blown to bits. Alexander Gruszynski is a well-known cinematographer, with titles like "Tremors" (1990), "The Craft" (1996) or "Maximum Risk" (1996), among many others. "Black Dawn" was released worlwide on the DVD market.
