Synopsis

In post-war Korea, Huh funds his relationship with fiancé Ok-ran by selling his blood. Eleven years down the line, Huh discovers his eldest son Il-rak is actually the child of his wife’s former partner. Although devastated by the revelation, Huh still puts his life on the line and begins selling his blood again to pay for Il-rack’s healthcare.
