Synopsis: A philosophical and ethological documentary about the Mugaritz. The best way to define and evaluate the goings on in the space governed by Andoni Luis Aduriz is, according to La Fura dels Baus, an ethological look at the behaviour of that group of humans who inhabit the Otzazulueta farmhouse on the border between Astigarraga and Errentería. This is a testimonial portrayal, taking as its only script the thoughts and comments of the team while images as literal as they are figurative accompany them. Gradually we discover the engines that keep the Mugaritz ticking over, the ideas behind its dishes, what it means for the team to achieve excellence and success, the suffering and the enjoyment... at the end of the day, how Mugaritz constantly creates and destroys.
