- The hardworking and careful clerk Valentin Plavec works in an insurance company. He is very good-hearted and naive, so he often becomes a victim of pranks made by his colleagues Bejsovec and Vobornik. One day they carry it too far and the prank go adrift. They alter winning number in newspaper to make Valentin think he has a lottery ticket for one million. They let him know he is getting money in three days, but he doesn't want to wait and starts a new life right away. He withdraws all money he saved over years together with his fiancée and starts a big spending.
