- Synopsis
- A story inspired by the macabre events of Puerto Hurraco, the village in Extremadura where, in the summer of 1990, a confrontation between two families took place, resulting in a massacre that shocked the whole of Spain for its primitive and brutal character. For generations these families had lived in continuous conflict over the boundaries of their properties, a conflict that had led to bloodshed. When Isabel, the firstborn of one of the two families, tries to find out, with the help of her first boyfriend, the true origin of the atrocious confrontation, she discovers that everything is due to an old unrequited love, whose memory still beats in Luciana's veins. And Luciana is not only unwilling to forget, she demands from her brothers the revenge that, as a woman, she cannot carry out with her own hands. A revenge that the whole town will pay for with its blood.
