- Synopsis
- Thanks to two con men, an overly fashion-conscious Emperor finds out that there's a lot more to being a good ruler than just looking the part.
Bo (America's Sweetheart's Alan Arkin) and Morty (The Honeymooner's Art Carney) show up to a new kingdom just in time for the Emperor's (The Producers' Dick Shawn) weekly fashion show and convince him they can create the finest, most beautiful outfit in the world-which just happens to be invisible to anyone who is stupid and unfit for office.
