Aged 37, Simon is a seasoned doctor who walks alongside death every day in the pulmonology ward. As a professional he has learned to shield himself, but when his mother is brought into a neighboring ward in critical condition, the personal and the professional collide. Simon’s entire universe and all his certitudes and convictions are shaken.
