- Synopsis
- A failed trade-unionist from Veracruz decides to change his life by heading for the Florida coast. On an improvised raft and following the crazy plan of his old leader, he changes his old taxi into El Acorazado Jarocho (The Veracruzan Battleship) and tries to get to the coast of the USA before the US coastguard can discover him. Trying to pass himself off as a Cuban fleeing from communism, the wind and his ignorance play a cruel trick on him. (FILMAFFINITY)
