Synopsis

During a book tour in the United States, writer, Max, meets and falls in love with a much younger German woman. They spend a glorious and passionate time together. However, Max must eventually return home to his wife. Having undoubtedly, secretly harbored feelings for her, since they parted ways, Max was convinced he never would, or wanted, to see her again. However, seventeen long years later, Max is returning to New York, to promote his latest book. Against all the odds, Max finds himself being reunited with the woman he'd desired all those years ago.From there, the couple embark on a trip to Montauk, Long Island. The question is: have their feelings stood the test of time; are they equally mutual; and if so, where do each of them, go from here?
