Atsumu's serves home in on Nishinoya, who keeps failing to receive them. Inarizaki's Rintaro Suna manipulates Karasuno's blockers with his wide range.
Inarizaki High substitutes team captain Kita into the game in a bid to get back on track. Karasuno High makes a substitution of its own in response.
After Tsukishima's blocking strategy starts to prove successful, Karasuno puts Kinoshita into the game but Inarizaki easily counters his serve.
Atsumu's setup helps put Inarizaki back on track. The Karasuno players panic and make mistakes as they struggle to get past the opposing blockers.
Though Kageyama and Tsukishima miss a quick attack, Azumane's powerful serves help get Karasuno back into sync. But Inarizaki isn't rattled for long.
As the teams fight for match point, Karasuno remains steady even as Atsumu scores a service ace. Kageyama and Hinata square up for his next serve.
